All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Surnames: Crandall, Brooks, Simpson, Bryant, Ginn, Barrow Esther Bee Crandall, 55, of Cheyenne was born February 12, 1936 in Roll, Oklahoma and passed away Sunday, August 18, 1991 in the Newman memorial Hospital of Shattuck, Oklahoma following an extended illness. Esther, the daugher of Walter W. and Georiga Simpson Brooks, grew up in Cheyenne attending Cheyenne Schools. On April 26, 1958 she married George Sherman Crandall in Cheyenne. they made their home in Cheyenne. In 1973 she became a member of the Cheyenne First Baptist Church. She was a member of the VFW. Also the Auxiliary DAV in Elk City, serving as Commander for nearly 4 years. Those who preceded her in death were her parents, twin sons, Ronny and Donny and granddaughter and 6 brothers. Survivors include her husband George of the home; 3 daughters, Sue Bryant and her husband Bobby of Lovington, NM; Jole Ginn and her husband Tery of Hydro, Oklahoma; Maxine Barrow of cheyenne, Oklahoma; 5 sons, Tommy Crandall and his wife Gail of Cheyenne; Joe Crandall and his wife Lora of Hydro, Oklahoma; Phillip Crandall; Lee Crandall; Carl Crandall, all of Cheyenne; 2 grandchildlren; 2 step-grandchildren; 1 brother, John Henry Brooks of Elk City, Oklahoma and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services were held Wednesday, August 21, 1991 at 2:30 p.m. in the Cheyenne First Baptist Church with Aubrey Cowan officiating.
