Burial was at Rose Lawn Cemetery, Okeene, Oklahoma. She was born in Grandin, Mo., August 20, 1894, daughter of Ira and Jennie Estella Walters. She came to Oklahoma at the age of seven and to Rankin (Reydon) in 1903 where she lived until 1922. She was a resident of Stillwater for 15 years before moving to Borger. She was a member of the Baptist Church. She is survived by a daughter, Ruby Dillingham of Borger, Texas; a son Melbourn Cole, of Sanford, Texas, three sisters, Mrs. John Wheeler of Canadian, Texas, Mrs. O.A. Geer of Wichita, Kansas and Mrs. J.W. Bean of Oklahoma City and six grandchildren. She married December 1916 to U.S. Cole who preceded her in death.
