She passed away November 1, 2008 at Amarillo, Texas at the age of 71 years, 1 month and 12 days. Ann grew up in the Durham and Crawford communities graduating from Crawford High School in 1955. After graudation she moved to Amarillo, Texas where she attended Amarillo Business School to further her education. She was married to Elmer Lane Crandall at Cheyenne, Oklahoma on April 19, 1958. After their marriage they moved to many places following Elmer's construction job. In late 60's they, with their two children, made their home in Higgins, Texas. Ann enjoyed playing Bingo and working crossword puzzles. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Elmer Lane, of the home; 2 children, Lois Ann Range and husband, Mark, Arnett, Oklahoma and Jerry Lane Crandall, Higgins, Texas; 2 grandsons, Brandon Levi Range and wife, Patricia, Arnett, Oklahoma and Torrance Lane Range, Arnett, Oklahoma; 3 great grandchildren, Casey Lynne Birkett and Clayton Lane Range; 1 brother, Leon Ator and wife Lois, Durham, Oklahoma; 2 loving cats, Fluffy and Tippy and a host of other relatives and friends. Services will be heldc Thursday, November 6, 2008 at 10:P00 a.m. at the Higgins School Auditorium and Grave Side Services will be at Silent Home Cemetery at 2:30 p.m. officiated by Clifford Baze. Burial will be at Silent Home Cemetery, Roll, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma under the dcirection of Rose Chapel Funeral Service.
