Funeral services were held at the Baptist Church of Lindrith, New Mexico, 
March 15, 1991 at 1 p.m. for Fred Davis.  He was born December 18, 1898  
and passed away March 11, 1991 at the age of 92.  He married Sarah Alma 
Hoisinger October 27, 1920.  He is survived by his wife Sarah Alma of 
the home; 9 daughters, Clara Young of New Mexico; Violet Hyatt of Texas; 
Lois Richards of Kansas; Irene Ozanich of New Mexico; Anna Archvleta of 
Texas; Earlene Handke of Oklahoma; and Bonnie Stule of Kansas; 4 sons 
Harold Davis of Kansas; Freeman Davis, of New Mexico; Oliver Davis of 
New Mexico and Don Davis of New Mexico; 43 grandchildren, 55 great 
grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one daughter Thelma Anson.

He is survived by 2 sisters-in-law Dortha Davis of New Mexico and Strassa 
Davis of Illinois.  He was the brother of the late Guy Davis and Lula Bell 
and uncle of the late Albert Bell.
