Hindman and passed from this life Thursday, May 6, 1983 in the Roger Mills Memorial Hospital. In 1921 Fanny moved with her father to Littlefield, Texas and was married to Wayne Dayton Davis, January 11, 1932 in Clovis, New Mexico. They moved their home in Littlefield and Panhandle, Texas before moving to Durham in 1934. She had been a member of the Church of Christ for 50 years. Her parents, one brother and 2 sisters preceded her in death. Surviving Mrs. Davis are her husband, Wayne of the home: 1 daughter Sharon Kerr of Hereford, Texas; 2 grandchildren; and 1 sister Ruth Hallmark of Durham. Funeral services were conducted by Cecil Burch and Andy Eubanks Saturday, May 28, 1983 at the Durham Church of Christ with interment in the Fairview Cemetery, Durham, Roger Mills County, OK. Pallbearers were: Gene Johnson, Thorral Shaw, Roy Pinnick, Jerry Campbell, Darol Bell and Leslie Park. Honoray Pallbearers were: Grant Godden, Lawrence Beckel, Mike Hawkins, Robert Bachmann and Wesley York.
