CRAWFORD WOMAN DIES AT CLINTON

Funeral Services Incomplete: Mrs. Jewel Inez Duke Is Claimed by Death Tuesday

Funeral services were not complete today for Mrs. Jewell Inez Duke of 
Crawford, who died Tuesday morning, November 22, 1938 in the Clinton 
hospital following a two weeks illness.

Mrs. Duke, who was 24 years old at the time of her death, was the 
daughter of Mrs. Georgia Brown of Crawford.  She is survived by an 
eight-year-old daughter, Odena; three sisters, Mrs. Lillie Mooreland 
of Ponca City, Mrs. Bessie Beebe of Sayre and Mrs. Artie Wright of 
Crawford; and three brothers, Claude Brown of Durham, Hester Brown of 
Port Arthur, Texas and Floyd Brown of Durham.
