Mary Jo was raised and attended school in western Oklahoma. On December 25, 1949, Mary Jo married Lloyd Derryberry in Cheyenne, Oklahoma. They lived at Swan Lake for two years before moving south of Hydro where she worked alonfside her husband on the family farm. They moved into hydro in 1960. Mary Jo worked at the Maple Lawsn Manor for 23 years and loater worked with Health Watch. She enjoyed crafts and she especially enjoyed her grandchildren. Memorials may be made to the Leukemia Society. Mary Jo is survived by four sons, Phillip Derryberry and his wife, Carolyn of Duncanville, Texas, Burt Derryberry aznd his wife, Shirley of Central High, Oklahoma, Bill Derryberry and his wifed, Lisa of Hydro, Oklahoma, and Walt Derryberry and his wife, Marcy of Hinton, Oklahoma; one dazughter, Rita Upton and her husband, Jim of Apache, Oklahoma; tghirteen grandchildren, Staci Vowles and her husband, Dan, Kelli Baker and her husband, Ramey, Carrie Giesbrecht and her husband, Johnny, Kristen Owens and her husband, Jim, Danny Derryberry, Hope Derryberry, Kacy Derryberry, Amy Derryberry, Josh Upton, Rhett Derryberry and Jace Derryberry; three great-grandchildren, Will Bowles, Dillon Giesbrecht and Carson Baker; seven brothers and sisters, Mae Parks, Fred Andrews, Kiz Marlin, Dammie Morris, Faye Jantzen, Henry Andrewsd and E.L. (Cub) Andrews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Derryberry, her parents, Murril and Edith Andrewss, and one brother, J.E. Andrews. The service was officiated by Kendall Aner.
