Interment will follow in the Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of the Martin Funeral Home of Elk City. Dorothy Belle Dorman was born June 9, 1921 at Berlin, Oklahoma to Henry and Mary Ada (Robbins) Marshall and passed away Saturday January 15, 2006 at the age of 84. She was married to Carl Lessie Dorman on November 18, 1939 at Elk City and they were married for some 51 years. Mr. Dorman preceded her in death on December 7, 1990. She was a longtime member of the 5th and Elk St. Church of Chris. Dorothy was a homemaker, wife and devoted mother and grandmother whose life centered around her family, giving, caring for and loving each one. Survivors include 3 daughters: Carrie Trent and her husband Ronnie of Blair, Margie Walker and her husband Lee of Chickasha, Judy Brown and her husband Jerry of Elk City, 3 sons, Mark Dorman of Edmond, Joe Dorman and his wife, Louise of Elk City and Curtis Dorman of Elk City, 13 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson.
