Farris, minister, Elk City and Rev. R.K. Whitaker officiating. Mr. Estes was born august 7, 1887 at Denison, Tennessee. He moved to Durham from Texas in 1907 and made his home there since that time. He was married to Daisy Bachmann at Elk City November 15, 1914. Survivors are his wife of the home address; two daughters, Mrs. Bertha Shoaf, Dalhart, Texas, Mrs. Betty Flue of Rosamond, California; two sons, Jake of Reydon and J.W. of Dalhart, Texas; three brothers, Charles of Coco, Texas, Brary of Dallas, Texas and Martin of Sulphur Springs, Texas; two sisters, Mrs. Maggie Hatton, Dallas, Mrs. Nettie Terry, Sulphur Spings, Texas.
