Gary departed this life December 13, 1999 in his home in Marshall, Virginia after a hard fought battle with cancer. He was laid to rest in National Memorial Park in Fall Church, Virginia. Gary lived in many parts of the world, as his father, Adeen, was in the military. Gary graduated from Washing and Lee High School in Arlington, Virginia. After graduating from his school, he joined the U.S. Navy where he spent 4 years. After receiving his discharge, he remained in the Washington, D.C. area. On August 18, 1978 he was married to Susan Hawley, who survives him, along with their sons, Charles, Michael and Jeffrey. Gary's one goal in life was to raise his three sons. Gary is also survived by his parents, Adeen and Betty Ezzell of Oklahoma City and two sisters, Donavea Carruta, Lavaca, Arkansas and Deena Ezzell, Vail, Colorado. Gary was the great nephew of Weldon Davis, Ruby Daw, Alta Scott and Frances Scott, all of Cheyenne, Oklahoma. Cheyenne Star, Cheyenne, OK
