Patsy A. Meehan Ellis of Central City, Colorado, died January 17, 1991 at St. Anthony Hospital in Denver, Colorado of a massive hemorrhage. She was 55. She was a landman for the oil industry and was a real estate broker. She moved to Central City from Denver. Patsy had worked at Heritage West Realty for the last four years. She was a member of the 110 Club, past presidnet of the Desk and Derrick Association, active in children's diabetes, a member of the Executive Women's Committee, and active in the Republican Party in both the county and state. She was also very well- known in the Gilpin County Historical Society, was active with the Central City Sister Cities program, was past president of the Central City Opera Association and was past president of the Central City Opera Association and was chariman of the Opera's fashion review in Central City. She is survived by her brother, Donald Meehan, of Valdosta, GA; three nephews and one niece.
