He was a son of Francis W. and Ellen Taylor Earle. He was united in marriage January 1, 1905 to Lou Eva Seale. He is survived by his wife, seven sons and one daughter, Wilton, Francis, Jasper and Rupert of Durham, Oklahoma, Clyde and Rufus of Grimes, Oklahoma, Seale of Sterling, Kansas, Darwin of Elk Paso, Texas and Dotsie of Chicago, Illinois. One son, Cloyce, preceded him in death. He is also survived by oned brother, E.S. Earle of Chandler, Texas, one step-brother, Oscar Harnes, and two step-sisters, Mrs. W.R. Mann, and Mrs. Ed Moore, ten grandchildren and a number of other relatives and friends. He was also preceded in death by three brothers, two sisters and one half brother. He resided in Dallas County, Arkansas about six years after marriage then moved to Roger Mills County, Oklahoma, in December, 1910 where he bought a farm on the Washita river south of Crawford and resided there until the time of his death.
