Funeral services will be under the direction of the Palmer Funeral Home of Cusing. Mrs. Fuchs was born January 30, 1911 in Grimes, Oklahoma to the late William "Bill" and Wilda B. Morrison Bain. She received her early education and was a graduate of the Sayre High School Class of 1929. She met and was married to Gilbert C. Fuchs at her fathers home on June 12, 1929. They made their home and lived in the Grimes area for 29 years. They moved to the family farm in Macomb and have lived there ever since. Mrs. Fuchs was a homemaker and was a member of the Asher Church of Christ. She departed this life on Tuesday evening May 12, 1992 at her home in Macomb. Survivors include husband of 62 years, Gilbert of the home; sons, Delbert of Sayre; Aquila of Palmdale, California; Albert of Wyandotte, Oklahoma; Raymond of Norman, Oklahoma; LaDon Fuchs of Cushing; Jesse of Nobel, Oklahoma; Ocie of Macomb, Oklahoma; Eldred of Yukon, Oklahoma; and Mark of Norman, Oklahoma; daughters, Olivia Lemmons of Paragould, Arkansas; Yvetta Fuchs, Isa May Smith of Macomb, Oklahoma; Rocillia Dilger of Denver, Colorado, Mary Dowell of McLoud, Oklahoma; Eunice Cook of Fayetteville, Georga; Maretha Kerenz, Lola Richards of Wanette, Oklahoma; five brothers and three sister. Also surviving are 35 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. Mrs. Fuchs was preceded in death by her parents, infant daughter, Lula Marie and by one sister, Crystall Pallo.
