All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Surnames: Fidler, Hartman, Morgan, Spieker Graveside services for Francis Anthony Fidler, 64, will be conducted Tuesday, July 9, 1991 at 2:30 p.m. in the Canute Cemetery, with Father Charles White, Celebrant. Services are under the direction of the Martin Funeral Home. Frank Fidler was born in Canute on May 30, 1927. He attended Canute and Hammon High School where he graduated. He entered the U.S. Navy in 1945, and served during World War II. After his discharge he moved to California, where he lived for two years. In 1950, he moved to Amarillo, Texas, and then returned to Hammon in 1953. When his mother passed away, he moved to Elk City where he has lived since. His health had been failing for the past three years and had b ecome more serious recently. Survivors include: Two children, Bill Francis Fidler and Beverly Ann Hartman of Fresno, California; six grandchildren and one great grandchild; two brothers, Robert Fidler and Fred Fidler, both of Amarillo; and two sisters, Leona Morgan of Irwing, Texas, and Anna Marie Spieker of Canute. The casket will be closed for viewing. Friends may come to the Martin Funeral Home to sign the register book.
