David Flick and Rev. Bart Montomgery officiating. Burial will follow in the Red Hill Cemetery, Hammon, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma under the direction of Martin Funeral Home. Mrs. Flick was born September 19, 1895 in Collins county, Texas, and died, September 9, 1987 at the age of 92. She came to Roger Mills County from Texas at the age of three, with her parents in a covered wagon. The trip was delayed a few days waiting for the Red River to subside so they could cross. Mrs. Flick was married to Howard Flick at the Roger Mills County line on April 22, 1917. They lived on the Washita River for the entire 70 years of their marriage. Mrs. Flick was preceded in death by her parents, eight brothers and sisters, a son, Elmer and one granddaughter. Survivors include her husband, Howard Flick; two sons, Oscar Ray Flick and John Flick of Hammon, and one daughter, Mary Hibler, also of Hammon.
