Funeral services for Irene Flynn were conducted Friday, April 1, 2005 at
2:00 p.m. from the Martin Funeral Chapel of Elk City with Rev. Dan Pulver
officiating.  Interment followed in the Berlin Cemetery, Berlin, Roger
Mills County, Oklahoma under the direction of the Martin Funeral Home of
Elk City.

Irene Flynn was born November 23, 1915 at Berlin, Oklahoma to Mike and
Ella Cramer Campbell and passed away Friday, March 25, 2005 at the age of
89.  After graduation from High School, she was married to J.M. Flynn on
January 1, 1939 at New Liberty.  They have lived in the Berlin areaa all
of their married life.  She was very active in the Berlin Community
Building project where she served in several capacities.  She was also
active in the Berlin Community Club, the Home Demostration Club and the
Roger Mills County Election Boards.  She was a member of the Berlin
Methodist Church and the Elk City United Methodist Church.  Mr. Flynn
preceded her death on May 19, 2002 and she was also precedeed by her
parents, 1 sistewr, 3 brothers, and a granddaughter.

Survivors incflude 2 children: Preston Flynn and his wife Betty of
Weatherford, Texas and Marlene Daugherty and her husband Don of Topeka,
Kansas, 4 grandchildren, Gregory P. Flynn and his wife Tammy of
Weatherford, Brent Flynn and  his wife Melissa of Richardson, Texas, Alan
Daugherty and his wife Cindy of Johnson City, Tennessee and Sandra L.
Shea and her husband Mike of Pleasant Hill, Missouri, 5 great
grandchildren, Connor G. Flynn and Hayden M. Flynn of McKinney, Texas,
Krystal L. Daugherty of Topeka, Kansas, Kyla R. Daugherty of Topeka,
Kansas, Maggie R. Shea and Kelly CF. Shea of Pleasant Hill, Missouri and a
sister, Loretta Wann of Elk City.
