She was born on September 15, 1965 in Ukiah, California. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, March 16, 1999 at the Hopland First Baptist Church. Interment followed at the Hopland Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers were John Benback, Quinten Daugherty, Joe Reece, Bob Shackleford, Gene Shannon. Fansler loved her family, horses, collecting pigs, rodeos, four-wheeling, her yellow Bronco, antiques and pretty flowers. Surviving relatives include her parents, Lawrence and Lillie Mae Arms of Hopland, California; son and two daughters, Robert Richard Fansler, Maranda Mae Allen, and Sheree' Nichole Allen, all of Ukiah, California; three sisters, Melva (Mollie) Pierce of Cheyenne, Oklahoma, Mary Lou Fetado of Ukiah, California and Kathy Nicholls of Kalma, Washington; brother Dale Arms of Hopland, California; grandmother Eva Boyett, uncles Harlen, Antlers, Oklahoma, J.T., Cheyenne, Oklahoma; Joe Glenn, Amarillo, Texas; Jesse Boyett, Cheyenne, Oklahoma and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Fansler was preceded in death by two infant brothers; paternal grandparents, Henry Arms and Benetta Arms Tabor, and maternal grandfather, Otis "Teedy" Boyett, uncle L.V. Boyett.
