She was born in Lindreth, New Mexico, to Blouise Merle and Neillie May McDaniels Hooten. She married L.W. Forester, he has preceded her in death. She is survived by three daughtersm Gaynes and her husband, James Stewart of Mountainair, New Mexico, Beverly and husband, Joe Muse of Basque Farms, New Mexico, and Vicky Hone of Las Vegas, Nevada, one sister, Opal Henderson, five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren. She will be remembered as a lovingf wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, She will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her. A Memorial Service was held on Saturday, June 19, 2004, at 11:00a.m. At the Mountainair Assembly of God Church, with Elder Dan Scott officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations maybe made to the Christians Orphanage Fund in Portales, New Mexico. Arraingements were entrusted to be Harris-Hanton Mortuary in Mountainair, New Mexico. Mrs/ Forester was an aunt of James Maddux and Joanne Harrison of Cheyenne, Oklahoma, and Yvonne Cobb of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
