Mrs. Farrar died March 21, 1964 at a local hospital. Garland Lipe, Clvis, NM, pastor, will conduct the services and bruial will be at the Berlin Cemetery, Berlin, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma under the direction of Martin Funeral Home. Mrs. Farrar was born December 27, 1901, at the Elk City townsite owned by her father, Joe M. Allee, who still resides here. She was married March 18, 1918, to Lyle Farrar and the couple made their home seven miles west of the city. She was a member of the Seventh and State Streets Church of Christ. Surviving are her husband of the home; one daughter, Mrs. Frances Knight, Portales, NM; her father, Joe, Elk City; three sisters, Mrs. Gertie Hill. Willeta, Calif.; Mrs Jennie Johnston, Watsonville, Calif.; and Mrs. Opal Bible, also of Watsonville; one half sister, Mrs. Etta Boulware, Bethany; and two brothers, Frank Allee of Freedom, Calif.; and Jim Allee of Bellflowers, Calif; and three grandchildren.
