Graveside services will be at Riverside Cemetery, Thursday September 4, at 10:00 a.m. Wendell Harris officiating, under the direction of Whinery-Stewart Funeral Home, Mangum, Oklahoma. Guy was born November 24, 1925 at North Grimes, Oklahoma to Harry B. and Linnie Guy. He was married to Maxine Spencer on November 6, 1942 at Sayre, Oklahoma. He farmed most of his life in Beckham County. He was a member of the Odd Fellows at Cheyenne. He liked to Coon hunt and loved his dogs. He enjoyed being on the farm. He lived the last 15 years of his life with his daughter and son-in-law Loyd and Lou Ormand near Willow. He loved his grandchildren. He is survived by four daughters Lou Ormand and husband Lloyd of Willow, Linda Guy Jeffers, of Bakersfield, California, Evelyn and Harry Allsup, Amaragoso, New Mexico, Darlene and Bud Spurlock, Midwest City, Oklahoma. One brother Leroy Guy of Abiline, Texas, 15 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Charles Guy, one grandson Wesley Ormand, and one granddaughter Misty Lynn White.
