Funeral services were held at the Cheyenne Baptist Church Thursday at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Lloyd Martin, Crawford, officiating. Born in McGregor, Texas, November 26, 1894, she was married to J.L. Goode in Texas. She was a member of the Baptist church since 1925. She came to Oklahoma in 1944 from west Texas. Survivors include one daughter Mrs. W.G. Hardwick, Blytheville, Arkansas; three sons, W.F. of Mayfield, Dale of Torrance, California, Rexford of LaHabra, California; six brothers, R.C., Marvin, Dude, Lloyd, and Eli Hayden all of Strong City, Clarence Haydxen, Sayre, six sisxters, Mrs. Doug Kendall, Cheyenne, Mrs. Bob ephens, Sayre, Mrs. R.T. Martin, Amarillo, Texas, Mrs. Olen Zoldoske, Laverne, Oklahoma, Mrs. Winfred Graham, Oklahoma City, Mrs. Roy Hay, Strong City. Interment was in the Strong City cemetery, Strong City, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma with Scroggins and Son Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
