With her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J.P. Myers, she came to Oklahoma (then Indian Territory) in the early 1900's. She was married to Lon Gamble in 1906 in Cheyenne, Oklahoma; left to mourn the loss of a loving mother and their six children. A son Merrel Gamble, of Concord, California; Mrs. Madaline Satterwhite, Higgins, Texas; Mrs. Billye Peterman, Concord, California; Mrs. Margaret Cofer, Amhurst, Texas; Mrs. Annadean Low, Kirbyville, Texas; Mrs. Eloise Weaver, Anchorage, Alaska. Also a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relative and many, many firends. Loved ones who had gone on before were her husband Lon Gamble and an infant daughter; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. P. Myers; two brothers Poke and John Myers also two loved sisters-in-law, lena and Mary yers. Their early married life was spent in the Sunny Point community and at ! Sayre. She was a very devoted member of the Church of Christ and as long as health would permit, she was never absent and joyfully did her part. She was very ill over two years and eagerly looked forward to eternal peace and rest at Home with her Lord and loved ones.
