He was born May 6, 1905 in Old Day County, Oklahoma and had lived in Mansfield for one and a half years before going to Rock Creek four weeks ago. Attorney Grim served two terms as State Senator from Oklahoma in 1948 and again in 1950. He was associated with the District Title Company of Washington D.C. and the Lawyers Title Corporation of Richmond, Virginia. attorney Gim was a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the United States Supreme Court Bar Association. He was a member of the Mansfield Baptist Temple. Survivors are his wife, Alpha Smith Grim, one son, Orval Joseph Grim of Vienna, Virginia; three daughters, Mrrs. Lynn Swanson of Camp Spring, Maryland, Mrs. Robert L. Estes and rs Danny Lou Scott both of Arlington, Virginia; three step sons, S/Sgt Larry C. Cornell of Camp La Luene, North Carolina, Randall and Dennis Cornell, both of Anerson, Indiana; two step daughters, Mrs. David Hammond and Mrs. Linda Sue Matheney both of Anderson, Indiana; sixteen grandchildren; one brother, Woodrow W. Grim of Norman, Oklahoma and three sisters, Mrs. Lois Anglin of Norman, Oklahoma, Mrs. Phil Ensch of Bartlesville, Oklahoma and Mrs. Lester Duvaall of Greeley, Colorado. The body is at the Wapper funeral home where friends may call Monday afternoon and evening. Funeral servvices Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at the Msansfield Baptist Temple, conducted by his pastor, Rev. Thomas L. Leatherwood. Burial in the Mansfield cemetery.
