Gray, of Cheyenne, departed this life last Friday, December 26, 1902 at her home in Cheyenne after a long and lingering illness. Mrs. Gray was a woman loved by everyone who had the pleasure of forming her acquantance and death was a great loss, not only to the circle of loved ones and dear friends of the family, but to the couny at large. Coming to this county in an early day of its existance, she encountered all the struggles and disappointment and success of a pioneer, and has left a loving remembrance of womanly virtue, unselfish devotion to husband, family and friends. Our weak pen can not extoil her goodness. She wass a womanly woman of attsigments and her life was a blessing to all who knew her. The sympanthy of the whole county is extended to the bereaved husband and child who survie her. The interment took place at Cheyenne Sunday.
