He passed away August 12, 2011 at Clinton, Oklahoma at the age of 80 years, 9 months and 28 days. Frank grew up in the Strong City area until the age of 14 when he joined the United States Navy. During his 11 years in the Navy, he served during the Korean Conflict as an officer's cook. After his discharge, he attended and graduated from culinary school in Connecticut with a specialty in Italian food. In 2005 he returned to Roger Mills county to be close to family. Frank enjoyed race horses and spent many hours raising and training them. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters and 5 brothers. He is survived by his 6 children, Patsy, Phyllis, Debbie, Kathleen, Jean and Jimmy; several grandchildren; 1 sister, Nellie Myers and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives ans friends. Private family services will be held at a later date.
