Obit for William Talton Huff

William Talton Huff was born at Corpus Christi, Texas March 7, 1873, the 
son of R.F. and Kate Huff.  He departed this life on October 23, 1954, at the 
age of 81. 

He was married to Theressa Parish at Cheyenne, Oklahoma on December 13, 1920.  
Following this marriage they lived in Cheyenne until 1925, when they moved to Payne 
County, Oklahoma.

He was preceded in death by his wife and two daughters Bessie Lackey and Ruby.  
Survivors include his daughters, Mrs. Jean Bowlin, Ponca City at whose home he 
passed away.  Mrs. Mary A. Craig of Atoka, Oklahoma; Mrs. Agnes Metcalfe of 
Glencoe, Oklahoma, Mrs. Ina May Bowlin of Snyder, Texas, Mrs. Wilma T. White of 
Glencoe, Oklahoma; and Mrs. Clara Bell Southerland of Blaine, Oregon; and his sons, 
Cecil E. Huff of Glencoe, Oklahoma and John W. Huff of Stinett, Texas.

Funeral servicews were held at the Methodist church in Glencoe October 24, 1954 
with Rev. B.M. Aldrich officiating.  Burial was in the I.O.O.F. cemetery.
