Ed Sifford and Rev. Eddie Overstreet officiating. Rockey was born November 21, 1957, at Elk City, Oklahoma. He lived with his parents at Durham, Oklahoma then they moved to Reydon, Oklahoma where he graduated from High School. Rockey was employed by the Vierson-Cochran #14 Oil Rig. Survivors are: his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lonnie Joe Haven, Reydon; 1 brother, Clovis Lyman Haven of the home. Grandparents are: Mr. and Mrs. Lyman Haven, Reydon; and Mr. and Mrs. Clovis Sibley, Fritch, Texas. Pallbearers were: Frankie McKean, Verline Chervenka, Jimmie Snell, John Wells, Ray Beals, and Gordon Thomas. Honorary Pallbearers were: David Barton, Greg Bachmann, Richard Wells, Bill Sides, Bobby Hindman, and Greg Pierce.
