Obit for Eli Abb Hooper

Funeral services for Eli Abb Hooper were conducted Thursday, February 27, 1964 
at Reydon.

Rev. Charles Simpson, Ardmore officiated at the services.  Interment was in the 
Cheyenne cemetery, Cheyenne, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma under direction of 
Schooler-Gordon Funeral Directors, of Amarillo, Texas.

Abb Hooper passed away on Wednesday, February 25, 1964 in Amarillo, Texas.

Born February 1, 1894 he was married to Stella Ballenger on January 12, 1918 at 
Durham, Oklahoma.

Immediate survivors are one daughter Mrs. Abbie Martin, two grandsons, Douglas and 
Clifford Martin of Campbell, California; his mother, Lonnie Hooper, Cheyenne, 
Oklahoma; one sister, Ruth Nail of Perryton, Texas and five brothers, Bailey and 
Luther of Reydon, Ross, Herman and Bart of Amarillo.
