Services will be at 2 p.m. today in Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors Ivy Chapel, 2820 Virginia Circle with Dr. Charles Jones, pastor of Second Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery. Mrs. Hudson was born in Cheyenne, Okla., and moved to Amarillo in 1917. She joined the Second Baptist Church in 1918 and had taught Sunday school for years. She was a member of the Rebekah Lodge and served on the drill team. She had been married to W.L. "Curley" Hudson for 68 years before his death in 1995. Survivors include two sons, Billy G. Hudson and Jimmy L. Hudson, both of Amarillo; a daughter, Edna Frances Quisenberry of Virginia Beach, Va.; a brother, Andrew L. Throckmorton of Amarillo; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. The family requests memorials be to a favorite charity.
