Funeral services were held Monday at 230 p.m. in the Strong City Baptist church with Rev. Lloyd Martin, Crawford, officiating. Born March 17, 1904 at McClellan county, Texas, Mr. Hayden came from Texas in 1926 to Roger Mills county where he had resided since. He was a veteran of WW II. Survivors are three brothers, Lloyd, Marvin and R.C., all of Strong City; six sisters, Mrs. Doug Kendall, Cheyenne, Mrs. R.T. Martin, Amarillo, Texas, Mrs. Bob Stephens, Sayre, Mrs. Glen Zoldoske, Laverne, Mrs. Foy Hay, Strong City, Mrs. Winfred Graham, Bethany. Pall bearers were Orren Thompson, Carl Kendall, Rex Kendall, Henry Walker, Lee Gates, Ab Lovett. Interment was in the Strong City cemetery, Strong City, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma with Scroggins and Son funeral home, Cheyenne, in charge of arrangements. Cheyenne Star, Cheyenne, Ok
