She separted this life January 13, 1968 in Cheyenne, Oklahoma, where she had lived with her husband, Price, for the past nine years. In her youth, Margie was baptised into the Christian faith in the Church of the Brethren near Cordell. For the past nine years she has been a member of the First Methodist Church in Cheyenne, where she remained loyal to the Christian vows she made in her youth. She was married to Price Howell May 26, 1923. They farmed near Cordell until 1949, when Price became associated with Public Service Company of Oklahoma. In 1950 they moved to Carnegie where they lived until 1959 when they moved to Cheyenne, where they resided until her death. In death Margie leaves a memorial of love, patience, and understanding few people ever attain, and those who knew her will never forget. She left this memorial to her husband, Price, her son, Harold, Cordell, her daughter, Mrs. Retha Howard of Ulysses, Kansas, to her five grandchildren, Linda and Lynn Dale Howell, Cordell and Larry, Vickie and Cheryl Howard, Ulysses, Kansas, her seven sisters Mrs. Lillie Hamit, Oklahoma City, Mrs Ina Shreiner, Nampa, Ida., Mrs. Sarah Brubaker, Denver, Miss Lula Brubaker, Oklahoma City, Mrs. Viola Best, Cordxell, Mrs. Esther Heathcoat, Weatherford, and Mrs. Ruth Quine, Cordell, and one brother, Gilbert, Los Banos, California, and this same memorial she has left to many friends who knew and loved her. Memorial services were held January 16, 1968 in the First Methodist church, Cheyenne, with the Rev. Bill Chace and the Rev. Robert Webb officiating. Graveside services were held at Lawnview Cemetery, Cordell, Washita County, Oklahoma. Pall bearers were: Dean Krober, Eldirdge Calver, Walt Pasby, Jess Dooty, all of Cheyenne, Bill Benda, Sayre, Euel Temple, Carnegie. Honorary Pall bearers were: Ebe Bowman, Dr. Frank Buster, W.R.
