Rev. Richard G. Benefield, United Methodist Pastor officiating. John Louis Hall was born June 19, 1891, near Cheyenne, Oklahoma to John R. and Allie Turner Hall. He grew to young manhood there. On October 13, 1917, he was married to Kate Leary. To this union was born one son, John L. "Mickey" Hall. Louis and his wife moved to Reydon, Oklahoma, on March 1, 1941, where they resided until April 20, 1970, when they moved to Guthrie, Oklahoma. He learned on November 25, 19712, he had developed heart trouble. He entered the Guthrie Hospital on November 2, 1972, where he remained until December 13, 1972 when he entered the Guthrie Nursin Ceneter where he passed away December 22, 1972. He leaves to mourn his passing, his mother in Fort Summer, New Mexico, his wife of the home; his son Mickey, his daughter-in-law, Hazel Mae of Guthrie; 2 grandsons, Mike of Albuquerqaue, New Mexico and Kelly of Guthrie, 2 granddaughters, Judy Tyrons of West Memphis, Arkansas and Katie Vee of Guthrie and 3 great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Mrs. Pam Carr of Fort Sumner, New Mexico, Mrs. John Brown of Roswell, New Mexico, 2 brothers, Ernest of Forrt Sumner and Brownie, of Pecos, New Mexico, several nieces, nephews and many friends. He was a member of the Westside United Methodist Church, Guthrie, Oklahoma. Interment was in the Cheyenne Cemetery, Cheyenne, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma.
