Calvin grew up in Crawford and Roll communities and graduated from Crawford High School. After graduation he entered the United States Navy where he served his country during the Viet Nam conflict. While serving his country he was married to Nancy Camillia Young Hillman at Crawford, Oklaholma on October 22, 1961. They lived in Imperial Beach, California while Calvin was serving in the military. After his discharge in 1964, they moved back to the Crawford community where they owned and operated a dairy farm until their retirement in 1998. Calvin and Nancy moved to Cheyenne, Oklahoma to make their home. Calvin enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, woodworking, fishing and camping. He was preceded in death by his father, wife, Nancy, grandson, Austin, grandparents, Austin and d Elsie Jones. He is survived by 3 daughters, Sherry Boyce aand husband Justin, Salt Lake City, Utah, Betsy Roark and husband, Travis, Cheyenne, Oklahoma; 3 sons, Fred "Butch" Hillman, Roll, Oklahoma, David Hillman and wife Laura, Reydon, Oklahoma and Elmer Hillman, Cheyenne, Oklahoma; 4 sisters, Juanita Ann McKissick, Cordell, Oklahoma, Phyllis Spruell, Canadian, Texas, Venita Conway, Keller, Texas and Frances Wylie, McAlester, Oklahoma; 1 brother, Tom Campbell, Amarillo, Texas; 9 grandchildren, Lisa and John Calvin Hillman, Drake and Dixie Boyce, Parker, Grace and Alyson Roark, Trinity and Tate Stone and a host of other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be held Thurswday, July 6, 2006 at 10:00 am at Silent Home Cemetery, Roll, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma officiated by Ray Smart under the direction of Rose Chapel Funeral Service.
