Lloyd D. Hanna was killed in the South Pacific. He entered service on February 14, 1941 and had served his country three years and six months. He spent eight months in Iceland and then came back to the States. Lloyd had been in the South Pacific for two years and he was a machine gunner at Saipan. His brother, Pearl Hanna, is seaman second class with an address in care of the San Francisco post office. Lloyd Hanna was born at Mobeetie, Texas, January 4, 1922. He went to high school in Reydon three years. He is survived by his parents, three brothers and two sisters.
