Hensley Mrs. Jessie V. Hensley, Strong City died May 5, 1965 at the Cheyenne hospital following an extended illness. Services were held in the Baptist church, Strong City at 2 p.m. Sunday. Born November 11, 1884, at Tolar, Texas, Mrs. Hensley came with her parents in 1895 to Strong City and was married to C.O. Hensley March 25, 1900 near Strong City. She was a member of the Nazarene church since 1925. She was preceded in death by her husband, one daughter, Mary Jane Rhoten. Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Thelma Easley, Los Cruses, New Mexico, Katherine Dunn, Las Angeles, Calif.; four sons, Ford of Socarro, New Mexico, Rex of Borger, Texas, Manuel of Strong City, Hoyt of Dayton, Ohio, one brother Bob Brazell, Natilia, Texas; 32 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren and one great great grandhild. Committal was in the Strong City cemetery, Strong City, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma with Scroggin and Son Funeral Home, of Cheyenne, in charge. Cheyenne Star, Cheyenne, Ok
