She passed away August 1, 2003 in the Riverside Hospital, Newport New, Virginia at the age of 71 years, 7 months and 3 days. Genevia moved with her mother to the Texas Panhandle. In 1947 she married Clovis Allen in Pampa, Texas. They lived in the Texas Panhandle before moving to Western Oklahoma before moving back to Perryton, Texas. She married Harry Hamrock at Las Vegas, Nevada in 1978 and they made their home in Burns Flat, Oklahoma. She was a member of the Burns Flat First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, both husbands, 1 brother killed in World War II and 1 sister. Services will be held Thursday, August 7, 2003 at 10:00 AM at Cheyenne First Baptist Church, officiated by Ray Smart. Burial will be at Silent Home Cemetery, Roll, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma under the direction of Rose Chapel Funeral Service, Cheyenne, Oklahoma. Survivors include: 3 daughters, Patricia Lewisx and husband, Johnny of Parker, Colorado, Janell Stump and husband, Blain of Dannebrog, Nebraska, Bobbie Allen of Colorado Springs, Colorado; 3 sisters, Jean Hammond of Lousiville, Kentucky, Vicki DuCharmer of Murray, Kentucky, Mindy Weber of Colorado Springs, Colorado; 4 brothers, Cecil Estep of Albany, Oregon, Everett Estep of Lousiana, Tommy Estep of Murray, Kentucky, Darrell Thornbery of Nashville, Tennessee; a niece she raised, Cynthia Savage of Burns Flat, Oklahoma; 8 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; host of other relatives and friends.
