ALVA V. HAIGOOD

Pampa - Alva V. Haigood, 75, died Wednesday.

Services are pending with Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.

Mr. Haigood was born in Cheyenne, Okla.  He was a lab technician for 
Cabot Corp 27 years, retiring in 1973 and was a member of First 
Baptist church.  He married Ella Zook in 1961.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Tim of Amarillo; two brothers, 
Wallace of Amarillo and Clarence of San Angelo; and two sisters, ruby 
Maxon of Cashion, Okla and Erma Laughlin of Oklahoma City.  Amarillo
