Funeral services were held Thursday, November 2, 1971, in the Reydon Community Building at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Lloyd Martin and Rev. Melvin Milliken officiating. Burial was the the Fairview Cemetery, Durham, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma. Rose Chapel Funeral Service was in charge of arrangements. Her parents made the run and homesteaded at Hamburg where she was born and lived all of her life in Roger Mills County. She was married to Homer Newton (Dick) Ivy August 3, 1928 in San Diego, California. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, in Crawford, Oklahoma. She is survived by one daughter, Georgia Sue Edwards of Cheyenne; one brother Ray Cole of Cheyenne; three sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Thomas, of Durham, Mrs. Hazel Peterson, of Cleveland, Mrs. Winnie Cooper of Sapulpa. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one brother. Pallbearers were Ernest Lee Smith, Thoral Shaw, K.C. Perryman, Ike Duke, John Wells, Rupert Earle.
