Ingerson, son of Ann and Nelson Ingerson, was born September 13, 1875, at Roseville, Illinois and departed this life on March 28, 1945, at the age of 69 years, 6 months and 15 days. He was united in marriage to Miss Mary Hagerty, on May 23, 1898 at Ellison, Illinois. To this union two sons were born. He moved with his family to Western Oklahoma in 1908, and settled on a farm near Butler, later moving to a farm west of Cheyenne, where he resided for many years. Recently he moved to Salem, Illinois, where he made his home with a son, Harold Ingerson. Survivors are two sons, Buford Ingerson of Reydon, Oklahoma; Harold Ingerson of Salem, Illinois; one brother, Ralph Ingerson of Merceline, Missouri; 6 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ingerson, on November 23, 1944. Funeral services were conducted at the Methodist Church in Cheyenne, Sunday, April 1, 1945 by the pastor, Rev. R.O. Stewart, after which interment was made in the Cheyenne Cemetery, Cheyenne, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma.
