Jarvis age pending under the direction of Smith Funeral of Guthrie, Oklahoma. Jay Pat Jarvis was born February 12, 1946, in Sayre, Oklahoma to Willard W. (Bill) and Jessie Hare Jarvis, and died Friday, January 17, 2003, at Edmond Memorial Hospital at the agea of 56. Jay attended school at Cheyenne High School and graduated in 1964. He was a member of Cheyenne United Methodist Church. He served his country in Vietman in the First Infantry Division, and was a member of the Disabled American Veterans. He was married to Caron Kliger in Guthrie, Oklahoma, on June 17, 1989. He was a talented artist, and he enjoyed piloting and archaological work. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Jessie Jarvis. Survivors include: his wife, Caron, and daughter, Hannah, of the home; daughters Cathy Jarvis, of San Dimas, Californiaz, and Cindy Staub, of asadena, California; one son, Jay Keith of Weatherford, Oklahoma; one sister, Jill McDaniel, of Elk City, Oklahoma; 3 grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
