She had been ill for 45 days. Mrs. Jobe, a native of LeFlore county, Oklahoma, was born in 1911. In 1930 she was united in marriage to Edward R. Jobe at Fort Smith, Ark. Shortly afterwards they moved to this area. She was a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include her husband and two sons, Edward and Donnie. Her mother, Mrs. Rufus Kilgore, and the following sisters and brothers also survive: Mrs. Lillie Williams of Baldwin Park, Calif., Mrs. Alice Robbins, Miss Viola Kilgore, Buddy Kilgore, Jim Kilgore, E.C. Kilgore, all of Fort Smith, Arlk, and Oliver Kilgore of California. Funeral service were held Monday afternoon at 2 p.m. at the Fifth and Elk Church of Christ with Leland Knight of Booneville, Ark., officiatin.
