She died Wednesday April 11, 1973 in South Community Hospital after a short illness. A native of Little Rock, Arkansas, Mrs. King came to Oklahoma City 14 years ago. She was a sales clerk at Streets Ready-to-Weat and a member of the Capitol Hill United Methodist Church. Survivors include her husband, Willie M.; a son, Willis, Daly Ciy, California; a daughter, Mrs. Sue Lightle, Webb City, Missouri; a brother, J.C. Collier, Oklahoma City and a sister, Mrs. Virgil Edwards, Yukon, Oklahoma. Mrs. King resided in Cheyenne for a number of years during which time her husband managed the Chaffin Bros. Lumber Company.
