Obit for Edward Alden Meek

Edward Alden Meek was born March 25, 1884 in Vernon, Texas.  He passed away at 
his home near Durham on April 12, 1962.  He was a retired farmer and had resided 
near Durham since 1928.

In 1908 he was married to Clara Wilcox in Vernon, Texas.

Survivors are his wife of the home; one daughter, Nova Lena Turbbyfill of 
Perma, Idaho; two sons, Dow Meek of Vale, Oregon, and Edward of Durham, eight 
grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

He was buried at the Fairview cemetery, Durham, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma.
