Services were September 9, 1995 at 3 p.m., Wednesday at the banquet room of Libby's Cafertia with Miles Graham officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Hampton-Vaughan Funeral Home. Mr. McClellan was born on April 13, 1935, in Strong City, Oklahoma. He attended Hammon, Oklahoma and Midwest City, Oklahoma, High Schools, then entered the U.S. Navy in 1953. He served during the Korean and Vietnam Wars. He became a master chief petty officer and received numerous awards and medals before he retired in 1975. He worked for Ingersoll Rand-Dresser for 19 years, retiring in 1995. He moved to Wichita Falls in 1987 to install the Wichita Falls Energy Corporation's power plant. He and Kathleen Hodges were married on December 10, 1964 in Millington, Tennessee. Survivors include his wife, four son, Guy William of Fort Meyers, Florida, Kevin Lee of Whichita Falls, Texas, Karl Christopher of Frisco, Texas and Kirk Patrick of Norfork, Virginia; two sisters, Nellie A. Gleaves of Vallejo, California and Ruth Morgan of Edmond, Oklahoma two daughters, Roberta Carol Krasenics of Factoryville, Penn. and Kimberly Ann Sauers of Dededo, Guam, a brother, Roy D. of oklahoma, his mother Lillie C. of Oklahoma City, and four grandchildren, Another daughter, Deirdre B.
