Mrs. Mitchell has suffered from asthma for many years, which gradually became worse until her consitution gave way to the repeated attacks of the disease and she went out to meet her Creator. Mrs. Mitchell was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E.S. Repass of Griems highly respected citizens of this county. She was married to Dick Mitchell and became a resident of Cheyenne where they lived for a number of years. To this union four children were born, three of whom survive her, one having preceded her in infancy. The ghree children, Roger Mills, Ione, and Robert and the sorrowful husband are joined by the many friends of the Mitchells and also the Repass family in mourning her demise. Roger Mills and ione are with the father at Clinton while Robert is at Excelsor Spings with a sister of Mr. Mitchell. Dick Mitchell is a pioneer newspaper man in western Oklahoma, having published newspapers at old Grand, old Roll, Cheyenne, Strong City, Clinton and Sayre.
