Thomas Russell "Rusty" Milburn CHEYENNE, Okla. - Thomas Russell "Rusty" Milburn, 28, formerly of Canadian, Texas, died Friday, Aug. 15, 2003. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. today in First Christian Church with the Rev. Rick Timmons, pastor of Central Baptist Church, and Jerel Norris of Canadian officiating. Burial will be in Edith Ford Memorial Cemetery by Stickley-Hill Funeral Directors. Mr. Milburn was born Oct. 14, 1974, in Canadian to Wayne and Sandie Milburn. He went to meet his Lord on Aug. 15, 2003. He was raised in Canadian where he went to school and was a member of First Christian Church. He moved to Cheyenne in 2002. He was a special person who would do anything for anyone and always had a smile. He was a loving daddy and a good friend. He loved spending time with all the kids and riding his four wheeler. He also enjoyed tinkering with things, taking them apart and putting them back together. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't, but he would always keep trying. He touched the lives of many people. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Homer Thomas and Leonard Milburn; a cousin, Minda Kay Thomas; and an uncle, Jack Milburn. Survivors include two daughters, Taylor Milburn and Trinity Milburn, both of Noble, Ill.; a stepson, Tanner Milburn of Noble, Ill.; his parents, Wayne and Sandie Milburn of Cheyenne; his grandmothers, Georgia Thomas and Norma Milburn, both of Canadian; a brother, Leland Milburn and wife, Jessie, of Cheyenne; two nieces, Kobie and Mackinzey, both of Cheyenne; a special friend, Rhonda Newcomb of Cheyenne and her sons, Anthony, Matt, Jace and Bo; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and many many friends.
