He was retired tool salesman. Mr. Miland was a member of the St. John's Episcopal Church and the V.F.W. Mr. Milan was a veteran of the U.S. Army World War II and had lived in Norman for the past 30 years. Services were conducted Monday January 25, 1982 at the Primrose Chapel in Oklahoma City. Survivors include his wife of the home, Joan, 2 sons: Cecil of Moore, Thodore of Oregon; 2 sisters: Bernice Ballou, Cheyenne, and Joan Ellison, Sayre. 2 brothers Peter E.
