Helen was born, May 12, 1913 in Cheyenne, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of Charlie and Cynthia Risley. Her parents preceded her in death. Helen entered into rest, August 1, 1981 in the St. Anthony's Hospital after a two months stay with cancer. She leaves to mourn her husband, John T. Millard of the home in Amarillo. A brother, Charles Risley, Jr., also of Amarillo, and a sister, Sybil. Pall Bearers were: Roy LeGrand, Rex LeGrand, and Frank White (husband of Alexia LeGrand), Freddie Risley and Jimmy Risley both of Boise City, and Orin Emberton, Amarillo, Texas. Solosist was Dean Kelly with Grace Ladchoff as organist. Interment was in Whispering Pines Memorial Park Cemetery. Among those from Roger Mills County attending were a cousin, Maggie McGee of Cheyenne, Mrs. McGee's daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Alec LeGrand.
