He passed away November 29, 2003 in Elk City, Oklahoma at the age of 43 years, 6 months, and 26 days. Raymond graduated from Reydon High School in 1978. He continued to live in Roger Milols and Beckham Counties where he was a heavy equipment operator having worked for the State Department of Transportation for 11 years. He was currently working as a cement truck driver for Caswell Construction. Raymond was an avid outdoorsman and loved to hunt and fish as well as play golf. He was preceded in death by his father, infant sister, materrnal grandfather, Clyde Tice and his paternal grandparents, Annie and Alan Montgomery. Services were held Tuesday December 2, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. at Reydon Community Church, officiated by Alberta Helton and Dr. Bill Wheeler. Burial will be at White Rose Cemetery, Reydon, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma under the direction of Rose Chapel Funeral Services. Survivors include: his mother and step father Kathryn and Ben Bottom, Reydon, Oklahoma; 1 sister Cheryl and Leon Park, Canyon, Texas; Fiancee' Sharon Mayo of the home; 2 daughters, Brittani Raymn Montgomery and Bailee Raquel Montgomery; Maternal Grandmother Katie Tice, Cheyenne, Oklahoma; and a host of other relatives and friends.
