He had been a faithful member of this church. Born May 3, 1901 in Taalala, Oklahoma, he was married to Maud Ruth Cole June 17, 1923 at Cheyenne. They resided in the Reydon community until 1942 when they moved to Rockford. One grandson, his parents and one brother preceded him in death. Survivors are his wife, Maud, of the home, one son, Ralph of Rockford, three daughters: Mrs. Wesley (Ollie) York, of Durham, Mrs. Gordon (Eva) St. John, of Rockford, Mrs. Dan (Mable Salder, Stratford, Texas; and thirteen grandchildren, four bothers Charles, Elk City; George, Cheyenne; Ernie, Reedley, California; Royal, Pampa, Texas; and five sisters: Mrs. Katie Caudle of Clatskenhie, Oregon; Mrs. Maudie Harrison, Reydon, Mrs. innie Bauman, Garfield, Arkansas, Mrs. Vina Wickens, Garber and Mrs. Violet Burns, Clinton, and a host of other relatives and friends. Burial was in the Cheynne cemetery, Cheyenne, Roger mills County, Oklahoma under the direction of Scroggins and Son Funeral Home. Cheyenne Star, Cheyenne, OK
